She is a seasoned legal professional specializing in Corporate & Commercial Law, Company Secretarial, Corporate Governance, Employment & Labour Law, Sustainability & ESG Advisory, Competition Law and Regulatory Compliance matters. She advises and supports clients with corporate establishment in Nigeria, review and negotiation of documentation, general legal advisory, company secretarial, corporate governance structuring and advisory and board evaluations.

• Corporate & Commercial Law Advisory: Advised and supported key international and Nigerian enterprises with legal strategies on matters about their operations and regulatory compliance in doing business in Nigeria across different sectors such as insurance, capital structuring, real property acquisition, business establishment, construction, agriculture and manufacturing
• Company Secretarial & Corporate Governance: Crafted governance frameworks, governance structuring, conducted board and management evaluations and managing the cadence at board and general meetings of companies, partnerships and incorporated trustee entities. Managing high-level interactions with directors and supporting chairmen of companies in navigating governance matters
• Employment & Labour: Successfully guided and advised on sensitive employment issues for clients encountered in the course of carrying on business in the Nigeria environment and ensuring compliance with the requirements of the law

Provided legal advisory with respect to environmental regulation, and advising on ESG risk assessment, reporting and policy development
• Competition Law: Advised on competition and anti-trust matters and regulatory requirements for companies regarding restrictive agreements, price regulations, monopolies, leniency application and consumer rights
• Regulatory Compliance: Supported clients in ensuring compliance with diverse regulatory requirements to ensure ease in their conduct of business in Nigeria by ensuring statutory filings
