His core areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate restructuring, and general commercial transactions. Terry regularly advises on complex M&A transactions, guiding clients through the full deal lifecycle from due diligence and transaction structuring to negotiation and execution. In the private equity space, His experience spans fund formation, portfolio investments, and exit strategies, offering strategic and commercially attuned counsel to both sponsors and investors.

• Advised FBN Holdings on the divestment of its 100% equity stake in FBNQuest Merchant Bank Limited, its wholly-owned subsidiary, to EverQuest Acquisition LLP
• Advised Mavin Records Global Holdings Limited on Nigerian law aspects of the divestment of its majority stake to Universal Music Group
• Advised R28 Limited on the acquisition of the entire issued capital of Prestige Chen Jun Quarry Limited — a limestone quarry situate in Nigeria
• Advised Huaxin Cement Company on its acquisition of an 83.81% stake in Lafarge Africa Plc from Holcim Ltd
• Provided legal advisory on all aspects of the establishment and operationalization of Growth Capital Fund under Nigerian law, including but not limited to its incorporation as a corporate entity, its governance structure, and its constitutional and operational contracts
