In the music industry, we provide services to artists, producers, DJs, record labels, and entertainment companies, including drafting and negotiating contracts and record financing agreements. We recently drafted and negotiated a Record Financing Agreement for a multi-platinum selling RnB recording artist. In film and television, we advise independent filmmakers and production companies on production and distribution, including work on the Nollywood film Surulere and the legal television series Castle and Castle. Internationally, we advised Canal+, a French television company, on Nigerian law issues arising from its acquisition of a stake in ROK Studios.
