In accordance with Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission’s statutory responsibility under section 56(3) of the Electricity Act 2023, which requires the Commission to submit quarterly reports of its activities to both the President and the National Assembly, the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission released its report for the first quarter of 2025 (the Report) on 1 July 2025.
