He routinely advises investors, financial institutions, lenders, borrowers, government entities, as well as indigenous and international oil and gas companies on a wide range of matters, including financing, project development, and restructuring transactions within the oil and gas sector. Patrick brings a commercially minded approach to complex transactions, delivering practical and strategic legal solutions.

Relevant Experience

• Corporate and Project Financing: Advised DFIs, investors and Commercial Banks as lenders on corporate and project financing transactions within the oil and gas industry.
• Oil and Gas Advisory: Advised international and domestic oil and gas companies on knotty issues of law facilitating their ease of doing business.
• Contract Documentation: Drafted and reviewed legacy transaction and security documents across the oil and gas supply chain including GSPAs, GTAs, GPAs etc.
