Obehi is an Associate in the Firm’s Tax Practice, bringing to fore her experience in tax compliance, international tax advisory, transfer pricing, tax planning, tax optimisation structuring, tax audit support, and international tax planning. She continues to provide innovative solutions to a diverse range of clients, including multinational corporations, financial institutions, and agencies of both the Federal and State Governments of Nigeria. Beyond tax advisory, Obehi has also gained valuable experience in the Firm’s Finance and Capital Markets Practice, as well as the Technology, Innovation, and Fintech Practice. She has been involved in advising on corporate financing transactions, securities offerings, and regulatory compliance.

• Currently providing full bouquet of tax services, including general tax advisory, tax compliance services, tax compliance services and Transfer pricing compliance services to a range of clients
• Currently providing legal and tax support to Clients in relation to periodic desk review and tax audit/investigation exercises by the tax authorities
• Currently providing comprehensive tax health check services encompassing Company Income Tax (CIT), WHT, VAT, PAYE, Pension, ITF, ECS to a renewable energy company in respect of its business operations and outlining a corrective roadmap on identified liabilities
• Currently providing tax structural and optimisation advisory to a leading West-African company in relation to the registration of its trademarks, and the subsequent licensing of same to its subsidiaries
• Provided tax advisory to a Tier 1 Bank in relation to its recent restructuring into a non-operating holding company structure
