• Mergers and Acquisitions: Successfully negotiated share purchase agreements and relevant transaction documentations for significant acquisitions and divestments in Nigeria. Provided comprehensive legal support and advice to acquirers and sellers as appropriate
• Commercial & Corporate Agreements: Drafted, analyzed, and negotiated numerous commercial and corporate agreements annually, including providing assistance on closing various transactions valued over $25 million
• Due Diligence: Successfully and skilfully implemented and conducted vendor and seller-based due diligence exercises.
• Divestments: Provided valuable legal advice and review of transaction documentation necessary for the divestment of various multi-billion dollars companies including a Nigeria-based international music recording label
