• Advising the Lagos State Government in relation to the proposed development, financing, construction, operation, maintenance and transfer of a seventy-one-kilometre (71km) highway including a road network and bridges along the Lagos lagoon in the Eti-Osa local government area of Lagos State
• Advising AFC in connection with a proposed US$12 million senior secured convertible loan note (the “CLN”) to be made available to Kasi Cloud Limited to partially fund the development of a 4.5 megawatts data centre in Lagos, Nigeria with a long-term goal to scale up capacity to 92.4 MW and build another two data centre campuses in Akwa Ibom and Abuja, Nigeria
• Advising DPI solar Nigeria Ltd Pte on the restructuring of their mini grid solar assets projects in Cross River State, Nigeria
• Advised Konexa on the supply of power to specific sites of the Nigerian Breweries Plc
