Michael has served as company secretary to over 30 companies, providing strategic guidance to boards on corporate governance and compliance across diverse sectors. Previously, he served as Special Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) and was a member of the Ministerial Committee on the review of Pioneer Status Administration in Nigeria. His expertise spans company secretarial services, governance advisory, and regulatory strategy, assisting clients like Flutterwave Technology Solutions, Nigeria LNG Limited, Seplat Energy Plc and Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria in meeting best-in-class compliance standards.
