He advises on transaction structuring, capital raises, joint ventures, and project finance while ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation. He also plays a key role in drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Emmanuel routinely supports clients on corporate governance matters, including board advisory, regulatory filings, and compliance frameworks.

• Advised British American Tobacco (Nigeria) Limited on a Sale and Leaseback transaction, assessing foreign exchange restrictions, liquidity concerns, and tax implications while drafting and negotiating key transaction documents
• Provided legal advisory to a leading Nigerian trading company on a capital raise and equity injection, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Advised a leading NGO on a Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) and Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the construction, operation, and management of a medical diagnostic centre
