Biography

Glory is an associate in the firm’s Power and Infrastructure Business Unit, where she brings a wealth of expertise and a keen analytical mind to the table. Relevant Experience

  • Advising First Metro Infrastructure Limited on the concession of the 37 Kilometer North South rail route known as the Lagos Red Line Project proposed to run from Agbado to Marina with 13 stations at Agbado, Iju, Agege, Ikeja, MMIA International, MMIA Domestic, Oshodi, Mushin, Yaba, Ebute meta, Iddo, Ebute Ero and Marina
  • Advising the Lagos State Government in relation to the proposed development, financing, construction, operation, maintenance and transfer of a seventy-one kilometre (71km) highway including a road network and bridges along the Lagos lagoon in the Eti-Osa local government area of Lagos State
  • Advising AFC in connection with a proposed US$12 million senior secured convertible loan note (the “CLN”) to be made available to Kasi Cloud Limited to partially fund the development of a 4.5 megawatts data centre in Lagos, Nigeria with a long-term goal to scale up capacity to 92.4 MW and build another two data centre campuses in Akwa Ibom and Abuja, Nigeria
  • Advising KK Kingdom Nigeria Limited in connection with the development and financing of a 748.9 hectares Green Economic Zone in Kaduna State, Nigeria in collaboration with the Kaduna State Government which will, among others, incorporate the development of a 220MW solar-hybrid power plant, 1220MT edible oil plant, textile factory, and a pharmaceutical hub
  • Advising the project sponsors on the proposed concession of the Port Harcourt International Airport on a rehabilitate, upgrade, maintain and operate model
  • Advising DPI solar Nigeria Ltd Pte on the restructuring of their mini grid solar assets projects in Cross River State, Nigeria
  • Advised AFC in respect of the proposed debt financing of up to US$2 million project development facility to Blackrose Investco Limited for the purpose of funding Blackrose’s development costs in relation to the development of a natural gas to methanol production facility in Qua Iboe, Akwa Ibom, Nigeria
  • Advised the Lagos State Government on development and construction of the proposed 38 km long fourth mainland bridge using a PPP model
  • Advised the Lagos State Government on a proposed public-private partnership arrangement in respect of the implementation, roll-out and operation of the Lagos State Smart Health Information Platform
