Tamilore is an Associate and a strategic member of the Firm’s M & A and Private Equity practice group where she advises individuals, indigenous and multinational companies on complex commercial transactions. She has experience in advising on various transactions spanning across internal and external restructuring, mergers, acquisition of businesses and divestment of company assets, amongst other areas.  

Relevant Experience

• Advised a company in the midstream and downstream sector on a scheme of arrangement
• Advised on the acquisition of 51% equity stake of First Concept and Properties Limited by Actis Nigeria Real Estate Income Fund
• Conducted due diligence for a potential scheme of arrangement for a company in the energy sector; Advised on the capital injection by an offshore food company into its Nigerian subsidiary
• Advising on the set up of a venture capital fund between the Nigerian government and a foreign government for startups in Nigeria
