Eliz’beth is an Associate in the Firm’s Technology, Innovation, and Fintech Practice. She advises indigenous and international clients on market entry, corporate structuring, capital markets, project financing, product launches, regulatory compliance, and data protection.

Relevant Experience

• Providing advice and support to Fintech and tech enabled businesses including incubators, e-commerce businesses and other players in the wider ecosystem
• Advising investors on the entry and exits of investment positions in tech and tech enabled businesses
• Assisting a number of clients in engaging regulatory authorities like the Central Bank of Nigeria, and the Standards Organisation of Nigeria to obtain relevant licenses like the Payment Service Solution Providers (PSSP) Licenses, Value Added Services (VAS) License, etc.
• Core member of a team that occasionally carries out data protection audits and files same with the NDPA for several clients
• Routinely provides anti-money laundering support to companies in the technology and fintech space
