Oluwabusayo is an Associate in the firm’s Oil and Gas practice. He routinely advises local and international clients on corporate and project finance, project development transactions and regulatory compliance. He holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from Nile University of Nigeria where he graduated with First Class Honours and emerged as the Overall Best Graduating Student (Valedictorian) of the Class of 2023. He earned First-Class Honours at the Nigerian Law School, graduating as the Overall Best Student (2024).
