Biography

Jane is an Associate in the Firm’s Oil and Gas Practice, where she routinely advises on infrastructure financing, project development, and restructuring transactions. She also provides ingenious solutions in transactional advisory, industry regulatory compliance, and interface for a diverse clientele, including investors, financial institutions, government entities, and both indigenous and foreign oil and gas companies.

Relevant Experience

  • Advised the Nigerian national oil company, Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Limited) on the landmark c. USD3.3 billion crude oil prepayment facility by a consortium comprising Africa Export-Import Bank, Gunvor International B.V., and Sahara Energy Resources Limited
  • Advised Fidelity Bank Plc on the NGN 65 billion equity finance facility to R28 Limited for the acquisition of shares in Chappal Energies Mauritius Limited
  • Advised the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Regulatory Commission on the development of two critical regulations including the Nigerian Upstream Petroleum Measurement Regulations
  • Advising N-Gas Limited on the West African Gas Pipeline Project
