Adesuwa is a commercial transactions lawyer who routinely advises on mandates on infrastructure development, project finance, mining, public-private partnerships, and the power sector. She is a member of the firm’s Power and Infrastructure practice group, where she advises on high-impact legal advisory across energy, infrastructure, and mining transactions. She supports the team in advising top-tier development finance institutions, state governments, and corporates in sectors such as power, real estate, construction, and healthcare on landmark deals across Nigeria ranging from road concessions and integrated energy utilities to multi-billion Naira project financing. Adesuwa graduated top of her class and holds an LLB from the University of Ibadan.
