Zion is an associate in the firm with core expertise in corporate and commercial law, project finance, sustainable development, and regulatory advisory. He is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus. Zion has advised on high-value infrastructure and energy transactions, including PPPs, renewable energy projects, and natural resource developments. He brings strategic insight to complex mandates involving cross-border investments, corporate structuring, ESG compliance, and governance.
