Lami is an Associate in our London office. She has experience acting for investment banks, export-credit agencies, investment funds, other financial institutions and borrowers on corporate, acquisition and real estate finance transactions. Before joining Olaniwun Ajayi (UK) LLP, Lami worked in the London office of Stephenson Harwood LLP, where she completed her training contract with seats in Ship Finance, Funds, International Arbitration and Real Estate Finance. Lami holds a LLB (1st class) from University of Birmingham and a distinction LPC/LLM from the University of Law, Birmingham. She is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and is also qualified to practice in Nigeria.
