Rokibat Yusuf is an Associate in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Practice Unit . She has represented corporations, organizations and individuals in contentious matters before Superior Courts of Record and quasi-judicial bodies within Nigeria.  

Relevant experience

• Advised a leading bottling company on the institution of an appeal against the Order to Show Notice and the Supplementary Order issued by the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission
• Provided legal representation for a prominent financial institution in a case at the Court of Appeal, where the judgment was delivered in favor of our client
• Offered legal representation to an electricity company at the Federal High Court in a dispute, which has since been amicably settled by the parties
• Provided legal representation to a company in several cases against a local government council, involving disputes that have been addressed through legal channels
