• Advised the lender on a $20 million credit facility to an energy services company, conducting due diligence, preparing a suite of security documents, and curating requisite conditions precedent documents
• Advised on the operational readiness of an oil and gas asset alongside a $300 million financing, reviewing key transaction agreements, drafting security documents, and assisting the client with regulatory compliance
• Advised on the cancellation of a trademark for non-use, conducted extensive research, prepared court briefs, and engaged in court proceedings
