Relevant Experience
- Successfully defended a multinational company in civil forfeiture proceedings against the Federal Government of Nigeria involving over $50 Million in a disputed oil well transaction.
- Representing a global consortium at the Federal High Court, Lagos over the concession and renovation of a National Monument of the Federal Government
- Advised and represented the Nigerian Electricity Regulation Commission (NERC) in disputes arising from its operations
- Member of team that successfully recovered over $500m as excess/unwarranted deductions arising from Paris club loans on behalf of several state governments including Rivers State, Katsina and Enugu State
- Instituted and obtained judgment against the Lagos State Government to the tune of over N300 Million at the Federal High Court as compensation for demolition of property
