Biography

Mobola is an associate in the Oil and Gas Practice of the Firm. She routinely advises clients on a range of matters, including project finance, project development, regulatory compliance, due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, and dispute resolution within the oil and gas industry. Mobola is a first-class graduate of both Obafemi Awolowo University and the Nigerian Law School.

Relevant Experience:

  • Advised and provided legal support to Seplat Energy Plc on the acquisition of the 100% shares of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited.
  • Advised and provided legal support to the Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL) on the divestment of 30% of its Participating interest in 0ML18 to Indorama.
  • Advised Anoh Gas Processing Company on the construction of the Anoh Gas processing plant in Imo state.
  • Advisory and legal support to Fidelity Bank on the $20,000,000 financing of PPL 236.
  • Represented West African Gas Limited on the Assets Transfer Arrangement between the company and NNPC E&P Limited.
  • Provides advisory and legal support to Chappal Energies on its acquisition of Total Energies Participating interest.
