Her experience includes acting for corporate borrowers, banks and other financial institutions on numerous cross-border transactions including loan-on-loan financing, trade and commodity finance, prepayment and general bank lending. Juanita was highlighted as a \u2018key finance lawyer\u2019 by Legal 500 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Juanita\u2019s appointment reinforces our expansion strategy of extending our service offering in line with client requirements.
